JOHN R. CLARK
John Clark is a Spokane criminal defense
attorney serving Washington State residents. He offers legal
counsel in the areas of personal injury, general litigation and
DUI defense, with a special emphasis in the area of criminal law.
John is the Spokane County criminal defense lawyer at this firm,
also accepting significant cases from other areas in Washington
State. He has been a lawyer since 1980, and is partner in
the law firm of Crary, Clark & Domanico, P.S. in Spokane,
Washington.
John is a member of the Washington
State Bar Association, Missouri State Bar Association, a trustee
of the Spokane County Bar Association, and a Board Member of the
Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
He is a past Board of Governors member of the Washington State
Trial Lawyers Association, as well as Vice-Chairman of their Criminal
Law Section. John has been an Eagle member of this Association
since 1990. In 1990, the Spokane County Bar Association recognized
him as Pro Bono Attorney of the year.
John was born and raised in St. Louis,
Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from
the University of Missouri in 1975. In 1980, he graduated
cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.
He was admitted to the Missouri State Bar in 1980 and the
Washington State Bar in 1981, where he has practiced in State
and Federal courts. John and his partners, Robert Crary
& James Domanico, have practiced law together in their Spokane
Valley location since 1981.
John has enjoyed driving race cars for the past 20 years, where he held the track record in late models/super stocks for 14 years. Mr. Clark resides in Spokane with his wife Ellen, a Spokane County Superior Court Judge. John and Ellen have been married for 23 years and have a daughter, Alison, and a son, Steve.
